Team WOD L1: For total time:

30 Burpees

40 Thrusters (75/55)
50 Double Unders

60 Wall Balls (14/10)

3 rounds of:

20 Power Snatch (95/65)
30 Burpees

3 rounds of:

50 Double Unders

Yeah that’s a lot…

But if you think about it, you will realize that it’s a hell of a lot.  But if you really think about it, you realize that it is not too bad doing it all with a partner*.  Either way, the workout loads and rep schemes are not nearly as insurmountable as they may first appear.  The best way to tackle a workout of this nature is to stay steady all the way through.  If you and your partner keep a steady number of sets and reps, you will easily move through the workout*.  This WOD is certainly a great opportunity to share the pain pleasure  with another*.
